Information: These replacement pads are specifically designed to be used with Hi Spec R132-4 calipers.
Blue Stuff is the endurance grade, longest lasting material. Blue Stuff has a slightly lower friction coefficient than its counterparts Green Stuff, Yellow Stuff and Red Stuff but delivers far longer life. Blue Stuff is suitable for endurance races up to six hours in duration on most types of saloon cars. It is obviously the drivers responsibility to evaluate the lifetime before undertaking any types of race use but Blue Stuff is designed with endurance racing in mind.
EBC Blue Stuff is the longest lasting of the EBC brake pad materials family and is designed for heavier and faster sedans/passenger cars/muscle cars in track use.
EBC Brakes has had great success using this material in longer races with the Australian touring car champion Peter Brock and in the UK on the Vauxhall Monaro driven by Matt Griffin and Phil Andrews, and in France EBC Blue Stuff was used on the Porsche 911 series.
Blue Stuff has a nominal friction coefficient of 0.55, good temperature stability up to 1000°F and higher, with significant lifetime making Blue Stuff capable of withstanding 3-5 hour duration races.

Are these the right pads for my calipers?
Pad shapes are caliper-specific, so match this listing to the caliper named in it. If you are unsure which caliper you run, send us a photo and we will confirm the right pad before you order.
Which compound should I choose?
By use, not by badge: fast road, track day, and race compounds behave very differently cold and hot. Our guide on brake pad compounds explained walks through the choice honestly, and bedding in matters, which our brake prep guide covers.
Every brake kit here is built to order
We do not keep big brake kits on a shelf. Each one is put together for your car in the disc face, caliper colour and specification you choose when you order, so nothing is made until the order is placed. The site shows these as available because we can take the order and start it, not because it is boxed and waiting.
How long it takes
Brembo GT kits are made in Italy and run around six to eight weeks. Our UK built kits are quicker, and the exact time depends on the caliper and disc combination you pick. Ring us on 0115 989 3488 before you order and we will give you the current lead time for the kit you are looking at, not a general one.
Working to a date
If the car is booked in, or it is off the road, tell us the date when you call. We will tell you straight whether the kit will make it, and what the alternatives are if it will not.
Worth two minutes before you order
Wheel clearance catches people out. Send us your wheel make, size and offset and we will read it against the caliper clearance drawing first, because a kit that is already being built for you is not something we can simply swap.
