A Subaru big disc kit is built around a stated original caliper and hub. Impreza, WRX and STI names alone do not confirm that starting point.
Choose the vehicle below, then send the generation, year, axle and photographs of the existing caliper. Include the wheel specification. Subaru brake swaps are common, so tell us if the setup may have changed.
Brake buying check: The relocation bracket must position the intended caliper over the new disc with the correct pad sweep and offset. Check disc diameter, thickness, bell or one-piece construction and included hardware on the exact listing. Confirm wheel barrel and spoke clearance. If the caliper, hub or upright came from another Subaru, ask the kit maker to approve that combination in writing. Do not infer fitment from wheel PCD or model nickname. They do not identify the caliper and disc offset.
Follow the purchased kit’s orientation, torque and bedding instructions rather than a generic big-disc routine.
Brake work is safety critical. Use a suitably experienced installer and the current vehicle and component instructions. Do not drive the car until the system has been checked, bled and tested as those documents require.
