Modern MINI generations use different hubs and brake packages. Record the R or F chassis code, model, year and original caliper before choosing a big disc kit.
Select the car below, then send the engine or Cooper variant, axle and current disc size. Add caliper and wheel photographs. A JCW or earlier brake conversion needs identifying before fitment can be confirmed.
Brake buying check: The bracket must relocate the stated original caliper over the listed disc. Check diameter, thickness, offset, bell construction and included hardware. Test the new caliper position against the inside barrel and the back of the spokes. A kit for one R-series or F-series model is not automatically shared across the rest of that generation. This category is for modern BMW MINI applications. Classic Mini hubs and conversions are a separate route.
Use the purchased kit’s current fitting, orientation and bedding instructions.
Brake work is safety critical. Use a suitably experienced installer and the current vehicle and component instructions. Do not drive the car until the system has been checked, bled and tested as those documents require.
