Bespoke discs are measurement-led parts. Outside diameter is only the first figure; thickness, offset, centre bore, fixing pattern and ventilation all have to match the job.
Send the original drawing or measure the existing disc and bell carefully. Add clear photographs, the vehicle or race-car details and how the brakes are used. We will confirm what the manufacturer needs before a rotor is made.
Brake buying check: For a replacement friction ring, record the outside and inside diameters, new thickness, bolt count, pitch-circle diameter, mounting face, bobbin or fixed hardware and the direction of the internal vanes. For a complete disc, add the centre bore, wheel-bolt pattern, overall height and braking-face offsets. Do not copy a worn thickness as the new specification. A handed curved-vane pair must remain on the correct sides. Bolt packs are not interchangeable just because the bolt count matches. Confirm thread, shoulder, length, bobbin and spring hardware against the disc and bell drawing.
The final manufacturer drawing is the order reference. Check every dimension and orientation before approving a made-to-order part.
Brake work is safety critical. Use a suitably experienced installer and the current vehicle and component instructions. Do not drive the car until the system has been checked, bled and tested as those documents require.
