Vauxhall Brake Kits
Vauxhall and Opel names can lead to the same basic platform, but that does not settle the brake fitment. We need the model, generation, year, engine, axle and original disc size.
Choose the car below, then tell us whether it is a standard model, GSi, VXR or an Opel-badged equivalent. Send a caliper photograph and the wheel width, offset and spoke profile. Previous VXR-style swaps need identifying first.
Brake buying check: Match the full year and variant range on the product page. Performance versions can use different hubs, uprights and factory brakes from the standard car. On a modified vehicle, check the caliper markings and current disc rather than treating the registration result as final. Put the maker’s caliper template inside the wheel and check the barrel as well as the spokes. A conversion sold for one Astra, Corsa or Vectra generation is not automatically suitable for the next. Keep the chassis and kit code in the enquiry.
Use the selected manufacturer’s current application, clearance and fitting documents.
Brake work is safety critical. Use a suitably experienced installer and the current vehicle and component instructions. Do not drive the car until the system has been checked, bled and tested as those documents require.
