Our Top Recommended Big Brake Upgrade Kits For Your Ford Fiesta MK7
The Ford Fiesta MK7 ran from 2008 to 2017. Six HiSpec front kits cover this car, from 285mm to 360mm. The range starts with the 300mm HISC-016 at £817 inc VAT, which looks odd at first: a bigger disc than the 285mm Billet 4 next to it in the range, yet £437 cheaper. The reason is format. The HISC-016 is hardware only: caliper, disc and brackets, no pads and no fluid. The 285mm Billet 4 at £1,254 includes EBC Standard Road pads and DOT 5.1 fluid already in the box. Once you add pads and fluid to the HISC-016, the gap between the two entry kits closes. Three formats, three different box contents, all listed on this page before you commit to one.
One other note before you browse: the 360mm Monster 4 at £1,635 lists below the 335mm Monster 4 at £1,650, despite a bigger disc and 18 inch minimum wheels. We have checked this; it is a data anomaly in the HiSpec catalogue and the compare table flags it. The full Fiesta MK7 range is on the site if you want the complete listing. Tarox list no kit for this car. Brembo offer one GT-A 328mm kit for the 2010-2019 Fiesta, made to order in Italy.
- Six HiSpec kits from 285mm to 360mm; one Brembo GT-A 328mm; Tarox list no kit for this car
- One Brembo GT-A 328mm at £3,300.55 inc VAT; made to order in Italy, six to eight weeks
- £817 to £3,300.55 inc VAT; 15 to 18 inch minimum wheels on HiSpec kits; Brembo clearance via the product drawing
- Three HiSpec box formats: HISC-016 hardware only; 285mm Billet 4 with pads and fluid; Monster kits all-in
- 360mm Monster 4 lists below the 335mm Monster 4 in HiSpec pricing; anomaly flagged in the compare table

What is on this page
The HiSpec and Brembo ranges for the Ford Fiesta MK7
Two brands cover the Fiesta MK7: HiSpec and Brembo. Tarox list no kit for this car.
HiSpec are made to order at their facility in Dartford. Calipers are machined from billet aluminium alloy. Lead time is up to 28 working days from confirmed order. Caliper colours across all six HiSpec kits are black, red, blue, gold and silver. The HiSpec Motorsport site carries their full catalogue.
Box contents split three ways on the HiSpec kits. The 300mm HISC-016 is hardware only: caliper, disc and brackets, no pads and no fluid included. The 285mm Billet 4 includes EBC Standard Road pads and DOT 5.1 fluid; braided hoses are optional. Monster kits (335mm and 360mm) include EBC Redstuff pads, DOT 5.1 fluid and braided hoses on every size. The box table below lists it all per kit before you order.
Brembo offer one GT-A 328mm kit for the 2010-2019 Fiesta MK7, made to order in Italy, six to eight weeks from confirmed order. Pads, braided lines and all hardware are included in the Brembo box. Wheel clearance for the GT-A comes from Brembo’s own caliper clearance drawing on the product page.
Billet 4 range
Two Billet 4 kits cover the Fiesta MK7: the 300mm HISC-016 at £817 inc VAT and the 285mm Billet 4 at £1,254. Different formats with different box contents. The HISC-016 is hardware only; the 285mm includes EBC Standard Road pads and DOT 5.1 fluid. Both use the same four-piston Billet 4 caliper. Minimum wheels: 16 inch for the 300mm, 15 inch for the 285mm.
Monster range
Monster 4 and Monster 6 calipers at 335mm and 360mm. Larger caliper body, four or six pistons depending on which you choose. The 335mm clears 17 inch wheels; the 360mm needs 18s. EBC Redstuff pads, DOT 5.1 fluid and braided hoses are all included in every Monster kit. The 360mm Monster 4 lists below the 335mm Monster 4 in price; the compare table flags this.
Brembo GT-A
One Brembo GT-A 328mm kit for the 2010-2019 Fiesta MK7 front axle. Two-piece cast aluminium caliper, four pistons, 328mm two-piece disc. Made to order in Italy; allow six to eight weeks. Pads, braided lines and all hardware are in the box. Wheel clearance comes from Brembo's caliper drawing on the product page. At £3,300.55 inc VAT it is the aspirational end of this page.
Minimum wheel sizes
Each HiSpec kit has a minimum wheel diameter fixed by the disc and caliper geometry. It does not change between cars. The 285mm Billet 4 is the only kit on this page that clears 15 inch wheels. If the Fiesta is on factory 15 or 16 inch wheels, look at the Billet 4 kits first.
Brembo publish their own caliper clearance drawing for the GT-A kit on the product page. That drawing covers the A, B and C dimensions for this specific caliper. We do not quote a fixed minimum wheel diameter for Brembo kits; send Cameron the wheel make, model and offset and he will read the drawing against it before anything is ordered.
Diameter is only part of the answer for either brand. A wheel at the right diameter can still foul a caliper at the spokes if the spoke profile is shallow. Cameron handles the clearance checks. Give him the make and model of the wheels, not just the size, and he will confirm clearance before the kit goes to HiSpec or Brembo.
| Kit | Disc | Minimum wheel |
|---|---|---|
| 300mm HISC-016 Billet 4 (1-piece) | 300mm | 16 inch |
| 285mm Billet 4 (1-piece) | 285mm | 15 inch |
| 335mm Monster 4 | 335mm | 17 inch |
| 335mm Monster 6 | 335mm | 17 inch |
| 360mm Monster 4 | 360mm | 18 inch |
| 360mm Monster 6 | 360mm | 18 inch |

300mm HISC-016: the hardware-only entry
At £817.24 inc VAT the HISC-016 is the lowest-cost entry point into HiSpec hardware for the Fiesta MK7. The disc is a single-piece 300mm unit. No pads, no fluid, no braided hoses. Caliper, disc and brackets only. Before comparing this on price to the 285mm Billet 4 below, price up the pads and fluid you plan to run alongside it: the 285mm kit includes both already.
For a Fiesta MK7 where you already have pads and fluid you want to keep, or you want to run a compound other than EBC Road, this is the entry format. The minimum wheel is 16 inch, which is one size up from the 285mm Billet 4. Garreth will give you a straight answer on what the full cost looks like once pads and fluid are added alongside it. Drop us an email or click to open a chat if you want that worked out before you commit.
- £817.24 inc VAT; hardware only
- 300mm single-piece disc, four-piston Billet 4 caliper
- 16 inch minimum wheel
- No pads, no fluid, no braided hoses: caliper, disc and brackets
- Made to order in Dartford; up to 28 working days from confirmed order
285mm Billet 4: pads and fluid in the box, clears 15 inch
At £1,254.00 inc VAT the 285mm Billet 4 is a different proposition to the 300mm HISC-016 above it in price. This kit includes EBC Standard Road pads and DOT 5.1 fluid. It also clears a smaller minimum wheel: 15 inch compared to 16 for the 300mm. If the Fiesta is on factory 15 or 16 inch wheels, this kit fits behind either and everything you need to bolt it on is already in the box.
Braided hoses are optional on this kit and worth adding at the time of ordering if the car sees sustained use. Cameron handles wheel clearance checks. Give him the make and model of the wheels, not just the size, and he will confirm clearance before the kit goes to HiSpec. Garreth will talk through the 300mm HISC-016 against this directly if you want a side-by-side comparison before committing.
- £1,254.00 inc VAT
- 285mm single-piece disc, four-piston Billet 4 caliper
- 15 inch minimum wheel
- EBC Standard Road pads and DOT 5.1 fluid included; braided hoses optional
- Made to order in Dartford; up to 28 working days from confirmed order
335mm Monster 4 and Monster 6: the track pick on 17s
The Monster caliper body is larger than the Billet 4, with a longer pad and more pad area in contact with the disc. Both 335mm variants need 17 inch wheels. Monster 4 at £1,650.00 inc VAT is four pistons; Monster 6 at £1,773.00 is six pistons. EBC Redstuff pads, DOT 5.1 fluid and braided hoses are all included with both kits. The six-piston version gives a more progressive pedal feel under sustained braking loads, which matters on a Fiesta doing multiple circuit sessions.
The Monster 6 is £123 more than the Monster 4 at this disc size. For a Fiesta with a proper track programme, that gap is worth discussing before ordering. Garreth will give you a straight call on whether the pedal feel difference earns its money on the specific build you have in mind.
- Monster 4: £1,650.00 inc VAT
- Monster 6: £1,773.00 inc VAT
- 335mm two-piece disc; 17 inch minimum wheel for both
- Monster 4 is four pistons; Monster 6 is six pistons with more piston area
- EBC Redstuff pads, DOT 5.1 fluid and braided hoses all included
360mm Monster on 18s: biggest HiSpec kit for the Fiesta MK7
The 360mm Monster needs 18 inch wheels and is the top of the HiSpec range for the MK7. Monster 4 at £1,635.00 inc VAT, Monster 6 at £1,863.00. One thing to read before comparing on price: the 360mm Monster 4 at £1,635 lists below the 335mm Monster 4 at £1,650, despite a bigger disc and 18 inch minimum wheels. This is a pricing anomaly in the HiSpec catalogue. We have checked this and the compare table below flags it. Do not read the price order as a spec ranking between those two kits.
EBC Redstuff pads, DOT 5.1 fluid and braided hoses are included with both 360mm kits. For a Fiesta on 18s doing serious track work, this is the top HiSpec option. Cameron will check wheel clearance for the specific wheel you are running; give him make and model, not just diameter.
- Monster 4: £1,635.00 inc VAT price note: lists below the 335mm Monster 4
- Monster 6: £1,863.00 inc VAT
- 360mm disc; 18 inch minimum wheel for both
- EBC Redstuff pads, DOT 5.1 fluid and braided hoses all included
- Drop us an email or click to open a chat to confirm wheel clearance before ordering
Brembo GT-A 328mm: the premium option
At £3,300.55 inc VAT the Brembo GT-A is the aspirational end of what we stock for the Fiesta MK7. That is more than twice the price of the Monster 6, and the reason it is on this page is that some Fiesta builds are doing serious circuit work where the Brembo system earns the difference.
GT-A is the two-piece caliper design, the most straightforward of the Brembo GT families to install and suited to road cars that see regular track use. Four pistons, 328x28mm two-piece disc. The kit includes Brembo pads, braided lines, mounting brackets and the fitting hardware. Disc face is cross-drilled or Type 3 slotted, both at the same price. Caliper colour is Black, Red or Silver, set by the last digit of the part number.
Fitment is 2010 to 2019 on the front axle. This kit is made to order in Italy: allow six to eight weeks from confirmed order. That is different to the 28 working days on the HiSpec kits, and it is calendar weeks, not working days.
Wheel clearance for the Brembo GT-A comes from Brembo’s own caliper clearance drawing on the product page. Send Cameron your wheel size, offset and make and he will read the drawing against it before anything is ordered.
- £3,300.55 inc VAT
- Brembo GT-A caliper, 4 piston, two-piece body; 328x28mm two-piece disc
- Fitment: 2010 to 2019, front axle
- Brembo pads, braided lines and all hardware included; disc face cross-drilled or slotted (same price)
- Made to order Italy; six to eight weeks from confirmed order
If the car is on 18s
The two 360mm Monster kits are the only HiSpec options on this page that need 18 inch wheels. One pricing note: the Monster 4 at £1,635 lists below the 335mm Monster 4 at £1,650 despite a bigger disc and the 18 inch requirement. Read the section above and the compare table before ordering so you have the full picture.
What is in each box
Three formats cover the six HiSpec kits. The HISC-016 is hardware only: caliper, disc and brackets. No pads, no fluid, no braided hoses. The 285mm Billet 4 includes EBC Standard Road pads and DOT 5.1 fluid; braided hoses are optional at the time of ordering. Monster kits (335mm and 360mm) include EBC Redstuff pads, DOT 5.1 fluid and braided hoses on every size. The distinction matters when you are comparing the entry kits on price.
The Brembo GT-A 328mm includes Brembo pads and braided lines in the box, along with mounting brackets and the fitting hardware. DOT 5.1 fluid is not included; source that separately.
Caliper colour on the six HiSpec kits is black, red, blue, gold or silver. On the Brembo GT-A, it is Black, Red or Silver, set by the last digit of the part number. Note your preference when you place the order.

Prices include VAT and were correct on 1 October 2026. The 360mm Monster 4 at £1,635.00 lists below the 335mm Monster 4 at £1,650.00 despite a larger disc and an 18 inch wheel requirement. This is a pricing anomaly in the HiSpec catalogue, flagged in our data report. The lower price does not indicate a lower-spec kit.
Common questions
Why does the 300mm HISC-016 cost less than the 285mm Billet 4, despite a bigger disc?
The HISC-016 lists at £817 inc VAT. The 285mm Billet 4 lists at £1,254. The disc is larger on the 300mm, yet the price is lower. The difference is format. The HISC-016 is hardware only: caliper, disc and brackets. No pads, no fluid. The 285mm Billet 4 includes EBC Standard Road pads and DOT 5.1 fluid already in the box. Add pads and fluid to the HISC-016 and the gap narrows. Drop us an email or click to open a chat and Garreth will work the numbers out for the specific compound you want to run.
Why does the 360mm Monster 4 cost less than the 335mm Monster 4?
The 360mm Monster 4 lists at £1,635 inc VAT. The 335mm Monster 4 lists at £1,650. Bigger disc, 18 inch wheel requirement, lower price. We have checked this and flagged it with HiSpec as a data anomaly in their catalogue. The price order here is not a spec ranking. If you are comparing these two kits, ring us on 0115 647 8650 and we will talk through the actual differences before you order.
What does "hardware only" mean on the HISC-016?
Hardware only means the kit contains the caliper, disc and mounting brackets. No brake pads are included, no DOT 5.1 fluid, and no braided hoses. You source and fit pads and fluid separately. This is different to the 285mm Billet 4 on this page, which arrives with EBC Standard Road pads and fluid in the box. If you want a complete, ready-to-fit kit, the 285mm Billet 4 is the one to look at first.
What is the difference between Monster 4 and Monster 6?
Both use the same Monster caliper body and the same disc. The Monster 4 runs four pistons; the Monster 6 runs six. The extra piston area on the six-piston version gives a more progressive pedal feel under sustained braking loads: useful on a car that does multiple circuit sessions where brake temperatures build. On a road-focused Fiesta or a car doing the occasional track day, the Monster 4 is the proportionate call. Garreth will give you a straight answer on which suits your build.
How long does the Brembo GT-A take and what is in the box?
Made to order in Italy, six to eight weeks from confirmed order. That is calendar weeks, not working days. The box contains four-piston aluminium calipers, 328mm two-piece discs with bells, Brembo pads, mounting brackets, braided brake lines and the fitting hardware. DOT 5.1 fluid is not included; source that separately. Disc face is cross-drilled or Type 3 slotted, both at the same price. Caliper colour is Black, Red or Silver, set by the last digit of the part number.
Does the Brembo GT-A fit all Fiesta MK7 years?
The Brembo GT-A 328mm kit covers the Fiesta MK7 from 2010 to 2019. The 2008 and 2009 model years are not covered by this kit. If you have a 2008 or 2009 Fiesta and want to look at Brembo options, drop us an email or click to open a chat and we will check the current catalogue against your specific car.
How long does the HiSpec lead time take and what colours are available?
HiSpec build each kit to order at their Dartford facility. Lead time is up to 28 working days from confirmed order. Caliper colours across all six HiSpec kits are black, red, blue, gold and silver. Note your preference when you place the order. Current lead times can vary through the season, so ask us at the time of ordering and we will give you the up-to-date picture.
What we would actually fit
For a Fiesta MK7 on the road where you want everything ready to bolt on and drive away, the 285mm Billet 4 at £1,254 is the clear starting point. Four-piston billet caliper, single-piece disc, pads and fluid already in the box, and it clears 15 inch wheels. Add braided hoses at the time of ordering if you want the full set.
If you already have a pad compound you prefer or you want to keep what is on the car, the 300mm HISC-016 at £817 is the entry point and lets you spec the pads separately. It needs 16 inch wheels and is hardware only, so price up the pads and fluid alongside it before comparing it to the Billet 4 on cost.
For a Fiesta on 17s with a circuit programme, the 335mm Monster 4 at £1,650 is where Garreth would start the conversation. Redstuff pads and hoses in the box, larger caliper, and the step to Monster 6 comes down to how progressive you want the pedal feel under sustained load.
For the Fiesta doing extended circuit sessions where budget is less of a constraint, the Brembo GT-A 328mm at £3,300.55 is the choice at the top of this page. More than twice the price of the Monster 6, and that gap pays for a caliper built to Brembo’s motorsport specification. Six to eight weeks from Italy. Ring us on 0115 647 8650 with your wheel spec first so Cameron can check the clearance drawing before anything is ordered.
