Information: For the small to medium weight road cars a Hi-Spec Billet 4 Conversion is the ideal kit, this kit has a 285mm rotor giving increased leverage, higher rotation speed of the disc relative to the pad and more surface area to assist with heat dissipation when compared with standard setups.

What does a full conversion kit do? This full kit combines a .Billet-4. 4-pot alloy caliper with large two-piece discs to give a significant increase in stopping power. The improved stopping power of the calipers join forces with the greater leverage and heat dissipation properties to take braking performance into another league.

Fitting these alloy calipers and light weight one or two-piece discs has the added benefit of reducing .unsprung. weight. This is more important than just loosing weight from the car . loosing unsprung weight means better handling and response from dampers.

What is a .Billet-4. caliper? As its name suggests the .Billet-4. caliper is CNC machined from aerospace grade billet aluminium. The result is a super-rigid caliper with almost no flex (a common problem with other alloy calipers). The .Billet-4. features integral dust seals, internal fluid transfer galleries and a fully anodised finish in a choice of three colours.

This will depend if the product is a stocked main item, if its imported or if it’s a custom hand made product that has options and extras which can take more time to complete. Fast deliveries and deadlines

Invoicing and delivery

We send out an invoice in the post with every order placed. You will receive this just 2-3 days after ordering your products and will always come separate to your products for security reasons. Please check over the details and take note of the order tracking reference number. This can be used when contacting us to find out information on the progress of your order and delivery dates.

Christmas delivery delays

Please be aware that from the start of November orders pick up heavily for the Christmas rush. This puts huge strain on the factories making the brakes and specialist products. The delivery times are extended if the brakes are not available on the shelf. Delivery times can extend by several weeks and orders placed as late as December 2nd onwards may not be available for delivery till after Christmas due to the huge backlog. If you require a Christmas delivery please contact us before ordering. This can also apply to other major holiday periods.
